WOD
As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
5 Turkish get-ups, right arm
10 m overhead walking lunge, left arm
5 turkish get-ups, left arm
10 m overhead walking lunge, right arm

Buffalo Stuffed Acorn Squash
1 acorn squash
Half pound buffalo
Salt, pepper, cumin
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Cut squash in half
In a bowl, mix buffalo and salt pepper and cumin to taste (some chopped white onion might be delicious too)
Put half of buffalo in the bowl of each squash
Wrap squash in foil, and bake for half hour with foil closed and half hour with foil open (or until buffalo is fully cooked)
