The first Monday of the New Year! We hope you all had fun during the holidays. It can be a hectic time of year to be sure. Routines are broken, the ample piles of tasty treats are around every corner, cocktails are flowing, and our lives can get out of whack. Well today we start fresh. It's easy to put off getting back into the flow after a week or two off. Fight that. Make yourself get back in the box. Re-establish your routine or if you were a bit inconsistent, it's the perfect time to hit the WODs on a more regular schedule. There's no good reason not to, so don't listen to the excuses that may bounce around your head. Sign up for the WOD, don't cancel (especially don't late cancel!) and walk through the door. Do something great today!
