Rope Climbs
In the interest of breaking these things in we'll keep going with rope climb Friday! We want you to get proficient with them because there is a strong, strong, strong possibility that you will be seeing the ropes in WODs very soon!

As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
5 pull-ups
10 push-ups
15 squats
A CrossFit classic, great way to end the week!
Charlotte gets the importance of a proper warm-up and does the movements on the board every day! Do you? Warming up gets your body ready for what you're about to ask it to do. Doing only a few of the movements on the board or doing the warm-ups half-assed is asking for trouble! If you're having problems with the movements, ask a coach or a fellow athlete, but don't slack on them!
A couple of important items:
For those who ordered sweatshirts, they are in and look great! They'll be locked in the merch cabinet so ask your coach to open it up for you. Be sure to cross your name off the list when you grab yours so we know you got it!
Saturday's WOD will be as the Jack Christiansen Track at CSU! The track is right on the west side of College and just north of Pitkin. You can hop onto campus at Pitkin, head north on Mason along the railroad tracks, and park in the parking lot north of the track. The weather looks to be sunny with a little chill in the air so be sure to dress the part!
Jenn and Cindy are working hard to hook up Evolve and The Tough Mudder on July 25th. They have set up a team for us to register under. The team is Evolve, the password is crossfit. Cost right now is $128 plus an option to donate directly to the Wounded Warrior Project. Our team's heat is 2 PM, plenty of time to drive up there if you don't want to stay up there Friday night.
