The 2011 WOD

In teams of 4 complete the following:

400 Back squats 95#/65#
400 Sit-ups
400 Wall balls, 20#/14#
400 Supermans
400 m Run
11 Rope assents
Every member of the team must run a 400m. One person will run at the start of the back squats, one will go at the start of the sit-ups, one during wall balls, and one will go at the start of the supermans. If you can't climb the rope, there will be a suitable scaling option for you!
