Rudolph's Revenge

In teams of 2 complete the following:

Run 200m/Lunges (for reps)

Run 200m/Squats (for reps)

Run 200m/Sit-ups (for reps)

Run 200m/Burpees (for reps)

During this WOD, one team members will run while the other performs the movement. When the team member returns from the run they will take over the movement while the other team member runs. Once both team members have run and completed the movement, they move on to the next one.

Here's the catch (there's aways a catch, right?) – each team will select a single weight plate and will perform the entire WOD with that weight in hand, never touching the ground. Doesn't matter if you run with it or do the movement with it (burpees would be hard though), as long as a team member has it in their hands, it's all good. If the weight hits the ground, it's a 10-burpee penalty at the spot of the foul.

Notebooks 
We've been talking about it for a while and now's the time! We got a bunch of notebooks, one for each of you. From now on, here's where you'll log your WODs. We'll still keep the folders with all your previous WOD info for reference, but we think this will be way easier to track your progress and you won't have to worry about some forgetful coach who doesn't remember to make copies of the log sheets! Grab a sharpie, put your name on the spine, and fill that thing!
