In honor of Snatch-tober (thank you Garcia) we've had a couple of days focused on the snatch. We talk about a couple of things during the snatch: keeping the bar close to the body, tripple extension with a big finish, pulling yourself under the bar etc. Lucky for us Mr. Garcia had his video going while Drew was snatching.
