Kipping/kipping pull-ups



As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:

2 muscle-ups

4 handstand push-ups

8 kettlebell swings, 70#/55#

Dustin with all sorts of stuff hanging from the bar!

We've had lots of full WODs the last few days, which is great! If you want a WOD time but it's full, please sign up on the waitlist. If someone cancels you'll get in. Also, if you're signed up for a WOD but can't make it, PLEASE cancel your spot. Someone else will use it! Thanks!

  1. Damn. A hero workout and I am not there. Remember we should start a trend of wearing something with camos when the hero workout is a military hero.
