30 ball slams, 45 lbs (30 lbs)

Katie and I were talking the other day about ideas for our kid’s school lunches that were Paleo- friendly….I have done some research (unfortunately there isn’t a TON available…yet) but, I thought I would share the list I found at everydaypaleo.com (which, btw, is an awesome paleo recipe site)
**fruit, drop of honey, unsweetened almond milk
**dried cranberries and cherries (unsweetened)
**cashews and pistachios (although not 100% paleo)
**apple and sunbutter
**veggie chips
**uncured sausage (I use Boulder Sausage)
**boiled eggs
**deli meat (uncured)
Thanks for sharing Kendra. Those are some more good ideas. Now I just have to convince Quinn she likes most of it.
