Saturday teamwork WOD = full house!
A few things about Saturday…
The first 2 WODs will be posted on the Battle Ready site (www.crossfitbattleready.com) Friday night. We'll post it here for you as well.
We've spoken to many of you already, but if you're competing on Satuday, it would be a good idea to take it easy over the next few days. You'll be performing 3 WODs in a single day, so take some rest and get ready. Friday's WOD will be bodyweight in nature, and will be perfect for you to come in, perform some light movements, work out some last minute jitters, and get ready to go!
Gino will be at the box in the morning to grab some equipment that will be used during the WODs. He's planning on leaving at 7:30 am so if you guys want to carpool and/or caravan out, meet there before 7:30!
