A word about Saturday: this Saturday the WOD will be a little different. We don't want to give it away, but it will not be so much about CrossFit movements. Rather, it will test some of the things we've been working on. Specifically, of the 10 physical skills CrossFit aims to improve, we'll test speed, accuracy, agility, coordination, and balance. It will be fun (not fun like burpee fun but fun like fun fun). We train for the unknown and the unknowable. This will be what you've been training for! Consider coming out, even if you're feeling a little tired or it's a rest day, because this will be a good time! See you Saturday!
