Lieutenant Andrew Richard Nuttall, 30, from the 1st Battalion Princess Patricia's Canadian Light Infantry (1 PPCLI), based in Edmonton, Alberta, serving as a member of the 1 PPCLI Battle Group was killed by an improvised explosive device that detonated during a joint foot patrol near the village of Nakhonay in Panjwaii District, about 25 km southwest of Kandahar City on December 23, 2009. He is survived by his parents, Richard and Ethel Jane Nuttall.

  1. Man that was a great WOD. Thanks for allowing Jon and I to throw down with you guys today. It was a fun group! I applaud all of you who showed up to do that WOD. I think everyone was scared, including myself. It says a lot about all of you to overcome that and fight through it. The wall balls and double unders destroyed me, what was your biggest battle in that WOD, share it with everyone!

    Wall balls were my biggest battle! But indeed it was a great WOD!!!! Perfect for a Saturday! 🙂 My time was 23:27 I think… Gino finished 2 min before me and Jon 1 min before me! Everyone did awesome, and thanks to Shar for helping everyone out!

  3. Juli, Kelley is about right. I think Gino was 21 + change, I was 22 + change. I can’t remember because I was pretty busy trying to see straight! It was a great WOD, and it was awesome to throw down with everyone!
