Summer is just around the corner. Have you been considering trying CrossFit but don't know the best way to start? Evolve's summer Foundations is starting on Monday, June 7th. Foundations meets Monday, Wednesday, and Friday for 4 weeks from 6pm to 7pm. Athletes learn the fundamental CrossFit movements including squats, presses, deadlifts and cleans. We also work on skills like pull-ups, box jumps, and kettlebell swings. Information is also provided on scaling for ability, nutrition, and recovery.
