On the minute, run 10 meters the first minute, 20m the second minute, 30m the third minute, etc. until you can no longer continue.

Monday's Foundations class covered the snatch. As was discussed, this is a complex movement with a lot going on. Check out the video below by Mike Burgener (yes, the same as the Burgener warm up!). We spoke about some of these same topics: Not bending the arms too early, keeping the weight close to the body. Take a look at this and keep some of these points in mind as we practice this lift!
