Team WOD:
2 teams will complete 5 rounds of 5 minutes of the following:
200 m Run
Kettlebell swings
Parallette push-ups
Teams of 3 will start with a person at each station. The clock will start and each person will begin their reps. The players will rotate when each of the 400 m run is completed. For example player 1 runs 400 meters, then goes to the KB swing, player 2 then rotates from KB to push-ups, and player 3 goes from push-ups to run. This continues for each 5 minute round. Reps are counted for both the KB and push-up, the most reps completed wins the round. Sound confusing? Don't worry, it will be clear tomorrow!

We've noticed something brewing in the box lately, have you? Things are changing. People are getting settled in, and they're beginning to push themselves farther and farther. Have you checked out the PR board? Something is added pretty much every day: muscle-ups, clean and jerk PRs, linked kipping pull-ups. Unreal! Something else is happening too. The community is growing stronger. Athletes are helping athletes, giving advice, sharing their knowledge. This morning at the 6 am WOD, we had an athlete stop in to check out the box. Before we started, the regular Evolve athletes were filling her in on their feelings about the box, the workouts, the community, and it was unbelievable! You do a great job at explaining what it is that makes Evolve special, and we appreciate it more than you know! We had an idea of where we wanted this to go, you guys are taking it there, and we're forging Fort Collins' CrossFit community together!
