We'll be hosting a nutrition talk on Sunday, May 16th at 1 pm. We'll talk about the Zone, Paleo, making good choices, and how what we fuel with impacts our performance. You've all heard us talk about how although you'll make great gains doing CrossFit, you'll never reach your potential without dialing in your nutrition. This talk is FREE and open to EVERYONE so bring your friends and families, bring lawn chairs to sit on, and bring something to write on! Let us know if you have any questions!
