Now Enrolling Foundations
We're now enrolling for our Foundations class starting on Monday, May 3rd. The Foundations is 12 one hour sessions over the course of 4 weeks. In this program, you'll learn the basics of CrossFit in a group atmosphere. This is perfect if you've been thinking about working out at Evolve but don't have a background in CrossFit movements. Over the 12 classes you'll learn and practice a lot of the common CrossFit movements and lifts. At the end of each session there's a workout but don't worry – the workouts start mellow and progress over the 4 weeks. By the end of the class, you'll have gained basic CrossFit knowledge and are able to start doing the WODs posted on our site. Will you be an expert in CrossFit at the end or be ready to complete all workouts as prescribed? No. But you will have learned enough to begin your CrossFit journey safely and confidently.
