"The gym and the kitchen are the same room". I heard this quote, or very close to it, used by a gentleman who was asked during a video interview if he switched his diet when he started CrossFit. His answer was yes. The perfect time to revamp your eating habits is when you start a new workout program. We were taught during our Level 1 cert that CrossFitters work their tail off for 1 hour a day (warm-up, skills work, WOD, cool down). That leaves 23 hours to screw it all up by eating poorly. Put in that perspective, it makes sense that it's really difficult to get the results your after if you're not fueling your body the right way. You can work as hard as you want but you won't be even close to achieving your potential if your diet isn't dialed in. We're not only here to help with your workouts, we'll help you get your fuel dialed in as well. You guys who are in the Foundations Sessions are going to get a good dose of nutrition info.
