1 Rope climb
10 Kettlebell thrusters (one hand), 55#/35#
20 Burpees
30 Toes-to-bar
2 weeks until the 2013 CrossFit Open begins! Are you getting excited? The first workout will be announced at 6 PM Mountain Time on Wednesday March 6th. On Thursday the 7th you're going to get your first shot at WOD 13.1. As of yesterday we have 35 of you guys signed up and ready to go...that's awesome. For those who haven't signed up, there's still time. We encourage you to be a part of this great 5 week event. For those who ever thought they might want to jump into a CF event, this is a great start: it's in your own gym where you feel at home, you'll be surounded by your friends, and it will certainly dial in your training and nutrition. And it will be fun! So go ahead a get signed up, what do you have to loose!!!
