Is there a way to skip the running and just do the obstacles? Jeff, you can carry me the whole way right?

Thanks for putting this together. I did this as part of a different team 2 years ago and had a blast. I'm all signed up and ready to go!

Hey, can weak "newbies" do this? Or will I hold back the team? It looks fun, but be honest!

Cheri, everyone can do this as long as you train for it. It's a just about 13 miles, so being able to cover that distance would be a pre-req. The team is just for signing up, everyone will pretty much go at their own pace so nobody has to worry about holding anyone back. We can chat more about it!
