Regionals are only 2 weeks away and the team has been busting their ass getting ready. Have you seen the 70# and 100# dumbells they're going to snatch? Awesome! If you're considering heading down to Castle Rock to cheer on the Evolve team and our other friends who are competing as individuals, it looks like we'll be shacking up at the Comfort Suites in Castle Rock. It's close to the venue and it has a pool. What more do you need? Maybe a mini bar but it's not that kind of place.
