We're 4 days away from the Southwest Regionals...hell yeah! The team is dialed in and ready to throw down. Wish them luck when you see them this week! Because of the Regionals and the coaches going down to either compete or help coach the team, Friday's schedule will be a little different. On Friday, there will be a 6am and a 4:30 and 5:30 PM only, no 9am or 10am. Sorry for any inconvenience. Thanks to Drew who offered to hang back and coach the afternoon WODs before heading down to Castle Rock!
